  3. Advanced Stroke Proficiency and Endurance

    • Objective: Demonstrate elite proficiency in freestyle and enhance endurance.

      • Freestyle: Legally complete the 1650 yards with exceptional form and efficiency.

      • Endurance Swim: Complete a 2000-yard kick set with 7x dolphins off every wall, maintaining form and speed.

    • Technique Breakdown:
